Matthieu Zeilas is the founder of Reset Retreat Mallorca and previously built Palma Coliving, a community-driven coliving brand for remote workers, entrepreneurs and digital nomads in Spain.

After years of creating spaces where people could live, work and connect, Matthieu noticed a deeper pattern: many ambitious people looked free from the outside, but felt mentally overloaded, overstimulated and disconnected inside.

Reset Retreat Mallorca was born from that realization.

Matthieu created this independent retreat project as a deeper response to modern disconnection — not another holiday, not another coworking trip, but a real reset through nature, challenge, stillness and human connection.

His role during the retreat is to hold the emotional intention of the experience: helping participants step away from noise, reconnect with themselves, share honestly with the group and return with more clarity, grounding and energy.

With a background in community building, entrepreneurship, hospitality and personal transformation, Matthieu brings a calm, human and grounded presence to the retreat. He understands the world of founders, remote workers and digital nomads from the inside — the freedom, the pressure, the constant stimulation, and the quiet need to feel present again.

His mission is simple: to create experiences where people stop performing, reconnect with nature and remember what truly matters.
